This division operates on three core business models pertaining to land and sea aircraft operations in Japan and abroad.
1. Sales of KODIAK
Through agreements with the small aircraft manufacturer Quest Aircraft Company and float manufacturer Aerocet, Inc. in Idaho, USA, we have a marketing agreement that covers more than 10 nations worldwide, including Japan, and are engaged in the import and sales of land and sea aircraft as well as the installation of floats.
We market the KODIAK aircraft to individuals, governments, small passenger aircraft operators, logistics companies, survey companies and investors in Japan and other nations in Asia. Once a land and sea aircraft is purchased by the customer, we provide a total service to the owners through our group subsidiary, SETOUCHI SEAPLANES, Inc., in Japan, and our corporate partners elsewhere in Asia, by controlling aircraft operations under contract and carrying out maintenance, repairs and other after sales services.
2. Land and sea aircraft Operations Overseas (Operations Company)
We are presently laying the groundwork to launch a land and sea aircraft business operation in countries such as the Maldives, Thailand and the Philippines.
3. Aircraft Leasing
For investors in Japan, we offer the option of leasing aircraft to SETOUCHI SEAPLANES Inc. or our operator companies overseas. Aircraft offer taxation advantages with a five-year depreciation period and are an excellent asset.

Passenger Service Units provide fresh air vents and reading lights at each of the 8 passenger stations.
